Depression meds: Each medication is a little different in terms of how the dose is titrated. Please give your PCM or psychiatrist a call so that you can work on dosing together. Don't increase you dose without talking with your provider. Take care.

Contact the doc: Any change in a prescription medication should be done by the treating physician. A virtual visit may be enough to make such changes. Any doc who changes this without contacting the original doc could face disciplinary action by the medical board.
