Most likely, new: Most likely because it is a relatively new medication. Fetzima (levomilnacipran extended-release capsules) is a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (snri) indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (mdd) in adults. It is in the same family as Effexor (venlafaxine) and cymbalta.

New: new medication & its expensive so its not covered on a lot of health plans yet. i have found it helpful for depressive symptoms, especially for individuals with fatigue and difficulty concentrating. however, people with a lot of anxiety may feel a bit revved up. dry mouth, sweating and insomnia are frequent side effects. if you want to learn more google "savella" which is a similar medication.
