Sharp pain: Sharp pain between shoulder blades may be due to infection, neoplasm, cardiac irregularities, arthritic changes, muscular adversity, neoplasm, neurologic disorder, etc. You need to be examined, have your overall medical history/medications/current symptoms evaluated, possibly lab tests, possibly imaged. Do you have a problem, perhaps. Should it be evaluated, yes. Call your GP.
