See below: I would suggest that you see your gyn MD - urine pregnancy tests are usually quite accurate - but your doc could do a blood test also -if your abdomen is larger than normal - you need an exam to make sure it is not something else cause the abdominal fullness -good luck

HPT: For an accuracy pregnancy test - wait until you a period before testing. If negative & still no period, consider repeating in a week with a first morning urine void. More than one thing can make your stomach feel heavy.

Agree with Dr. B: See a doctor. Practice contraception all the time, every time. You may consider getting an IUD.
