COVID 19: You can wait it out 4 more days in quaratine if you have no symptoms. If you have COVID 19 symptoms than please get tested. Incubation period for most is 2 to 14 days with a median of 5 days. Covid exposure: New guidelines call for 10 days of isolation after exposure. You are now at that level without symptoms. Nevertheless I think you should be tested and if negative no isolation is needed, but if positive your contacts should be notified and tested. Continue social distancing and masks when needed.
