ACUP: Adenocarcinoma of unknown primary in the liver- could be originally from lung, colon, from the bile duct , prostate etc. It would be nice to be able to find the primary cancer.There are algorithm we use to try to find the primary." cancertype-id" can be done also to help finding the primary. It will tell you probablity of the primary cancer. If primary can'e be found- chemo-carbo/taxol can be used.
