Depends: If you had been diagnosed correctly with diabetes in the past, then you still have it even though your glucose is normal. You don't "cure" diabetes, you just move it into the closet where it can return if you age, gain weight or have other factors that increase your Insulin resistance or decrease your ability to make insulin.
