Is it always diabetes when you are frequently urinating? my blood sugar levels are okay. i haven't done urine analysis yet

No: There are many causes for frequent urination other than diabetes. The simplest explananation is the normal function of your kidneys when you are drinking more water than you need. One helpful clue is whether you are waking up multiple times at night to urinate.
