COVID 19: These issues do not change your risk of getting infected. However. use of azathioprine may increase your risk of having more severe illness because it can impact your immune system. On the other hand. if you are not significantly malnourished and you don't have severe inflammation, than the inflammatory disease may not significantly impact severity of illness.
