My bp was low this morning 98/54 and my bs was high 115 it's usually 100, is there a relationship to low bp to cause higher blood sugar, thanks?

No: Random differences in blood sugar level would not be reflective of this BP difference.

Hypotension: That blood pressure is too low for you. 130/80 is a good goal. I wouldn't connect low bp with your blood sugar. If you're taking antihypertensive medication it will need to be adjusted by your physician. If you're not and your bp remains too low, a cause like cardiac disease, electrolyte imbalance or adrenal insufficiency should be checked for. Notify your MD of these issues.
