Yes but...: Birth-control pills come in many forms. Interestingly, diane 35 is from a company that distributes the medicine in iran. In fact, today i had a patient was prescribed diane. You can start the pill at any time. However, it is more common to have irregular bleeding or breakthrough bleeding. This is not dangerous but can be frustrating. Given your PC os it's not surprising your menses has not come.
