If i just started taking diane-35 a birth control pill 16 days ago i have not missed a day and the first day of taking it was my last day on my period can i get pregnant from unprotected sex?

BCP ?'s: The recommended start time for oral bcp's is the first day of an expected period. Starts on the "last day" of a 5-7 day "period" might not be protective in the first month, so use other forms of contraception until the expected "period" during the placebo portion. If you have no withdrawal bleeding during the placebo week, obtain a serum HCG test a week or so after starting the next pack of oral
