Probably: Most ovarian cysts are harmless and in fact almost all women have a few tiny or not-so-tiny ones. Heads-up... the meds you're taking for acne will work best if you also use a topical agent such as benzoyl peroxide or retinoic acid. If you don't get a good result from this regimen, there are others -- spironolactone can often help a young woman.
