Urologist: PSA is a blood test for Prostate Specific Antigen. It measures the level of immune response to your prostate cells which occurs when there is inflammation (Benign Prostatic hyperplasia) or cancer (Prostate cancer). At 29, most circumcisions would be done under general anesthesia. This requires either a surgical center or hospital. Talk to a Urologist.
