Stress is part of : life. Having IBS itself can cause stress. It's what you do to manage your anxiety & depression that may ease your symptoms of IBS. Seek diagnosis & management of your chronic conditions by a psychiatrist & a psychologist, rather than expecting stress to disappear suddenly from your life. Panic disorder, PTSD & a host of other psychiatric conditions have associations with IBS.
