My stomach usually is very good, good digestion. But I notice this happens after stress/anxiety, I start burping alot, feel silent reflux, no regurgitation, burning pit of stomach, more constipated. DX IBS younger. No NSAIDS, no alcohol, no smoking. ?
I try to eat enough fiber but if i don't have supplements i only get 16g or less. Is there a medication for IBS -constipation?
