Right head cramps: In your head or jaw? Could be TMJ-temporomandibular joint dysfunction, or headache or ear dysfunction, or temporal arteritis though you are young for that, or cervical spine disease , rarely could be vascular issue or brain lesion. Would follow up w/ MD for physical exam and studies like MRI brain,cervical spine, MRI ear, possible MRA to look at vessels and possibly others
