Ive been experiencing episodes of intermittent inflammation in my neck and chest for 3 years. labs wnl. the advice is to loose weight and manage anxiety. loosing weight but not intentionally. rheumatology labs came back wnl. tsh decreases to 0.60. ?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Wish you good health!

Confused.: I am not sure that I understand what you are describing by "inflammation of neck and chest". Are you refering to a raised rash or to swelling of entire neck and chest. This sounds a bit complex. An urticarial rash could occur with anxiety but I am not sure if that is what you are referring to.
