I have been expericing unintentional weight loss, 2 swollen lymph nodes in neck. labs showed low calcium and low electrolights and dropping tsh?

Weight loss?: In all honesty, the low TSH could suggest hyperthyroidism, which in turn could explain the weight loss. However, I’m not pleased with the lymph nodes. You should really get an a evaluation and perhaps get the lymph nodes biopsies for diagnosis, just to be sure.

Thyroid problem: Your symptoms suggest excessive thyroid function but also reactive lymphatic nodes or nodules in need of a physician examination since it could represent a thyroid tumor or another neck tumor. Weight loss could be from thyroid excess or tumor. Acute inflammation of thyroid gland due to a virus could cause both. Please seek medical care promptly
