Usually: Malabsorbtion of fats results in poop that floats (consistently) Transient floating may just reflect retained bowel gas.

Hello, like a week ago, I've started to experience digestive problems, such as possible the malabsorption, as the stools were floating and had a foul-smelly odor, I feel fatigued and sort of weak as well, could that be something serious or not really?
