Not likely: What your seeing is likely a component of the normal mucus secretions accompanying a bowel movement.

After a bowel movement I see a slight oil sheen/dots on the surface of the toilet water. I can't see it unless I use phone flashlight and I look at a sharp angle. Stool does not smell unusual/usually medium brown. Is this steatorrhea? Health anxiety?
