May help some: I would not call it a cure. Data shows it does shorten the duration of hospitalization in many patients. It likely must be given early in the course of the illness to have its best effects. Availability is a problem. It is not available in all areas & usually only given in hospitals that have access to the limited supply. Check a local source for availability.

Remdesivir: Remdesivir is not a cure but it can help to accelerate recovery in very ill patients. Some hospitals have it related to clinical trials. Remdesivir is approved US for use under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) but has to be requested by treating physician. Not true: Remdesivir can reduce the length of hospital stay but is not curative.
