COVID 19: Establish new routines. This is happening to many people. Most of us need some structure in our lives. Get up at the same time and go to bed at the same time each day. Set a time frame for 3 meals a day. Work in time for interacting with others (even if it is remotely) and get regular physical activity every day. Do things that give your life a sense of purpose.
