Feeling down: Establish new routines. This is happening to many people. Most of us need some structure in our lives. Get up at the same time and go to bed at the same time each day. Set a time frame for 3 meals a day. Work in time for interacting with others (even if it is remotely) and get regular physical activity every day. Do things that give your life a sense of purpose. Depression: In addition to Dr. Fowler's excellent advice, you can also consider a visit w/a mental health provider in person or through HealthTap. I agree w/the Feeling Good book (by David Burns) recommendation. Peace and good health.
