SAD...: Agree with other doctor first and foremost. Some doctors find a lot of people deficient in Vitamin D especially in places with poor weather during winter. D supplementation can help if your depression is partly due to low energy/motivation. Low dose antidepressants can help. Interestingly, some recent research suggests our immune systems can be more compromised in winter too. So take good care!
