Stay Active: Avoid being alone watch funny movies when you can exercise preferably in a gym with a friend take you medication daily if you're on meds. Eat on a scheduled time. Listen to music which can make you move. Make the sun your frine every day for 10 to 15 minutes. It can give you natural evergy. Avoid people who annoy you and make you mad. Comapre with the person in the picture, you have much more.

Exercise: Exercise is a great way to relieve stress. Your body releases endorphins during exercise, which can help you feel calm. If you exercise 30 - 60 minutes a day, your stress levels can improve. When stressed, take 5 slow, deep breaths with your eyes closed, then roll your shoulders forward 5 times, then back 5 times. This will slow your heart rate and release tension in your neck and shoulders.
