No way to know?: Rashes are difficult at best when seen by the doctor. One would need more information and a look to know how to give you a diagnosis. Contagious? Infection? Fungal? Parasitic (scabies and such)? Contact dermatitis (poison ivy/oak)? Systemic disease with rash (lupus and other)? Syphilis? Eczema? Allergic reaction? The story goes on and on. I am so sorry i cannot help you! get seen.

This is when the pores in the skin become blocked and sweat cannot come out easily. This can cause itching and sometimes red bumps. The problem usually gets better when you have cooled off. Based on your brief description this would be my first thought.

Possibly eczema: There are many skin trashes that can match your description and it would be wise to see a doctor and get a diagnosis and treatment. Psoriasis or allergic dermatitis may also mimic what you have described.
