Nipple eczema : Please see your MD for a full history and exam. It sounds like you have nipple eczema but a full exam should be done to rule out Paget's disease and Bowens disease. Several other differential diagnoses including contact dermatitis, breast ca. Stay calm and see your primary care physician please.
