Start with general check-up - bp, pulse, skin and oral exam. Then focus in on any specific complaints you have. Then lots of blood tests - CBC, renal and liver function, lipids, glycosalated hemoglobin, glucose, urinanalysis, Then colonoscopy. Maybe more depending on social and family background (maybe not).
