Mouth Sore: Your lesion may be due to so many different factors... It's hard to diagnose without visualization and a medical history. If it lasts more than two weeks, see a dentist.

Swollen gums: You may have a viral or fungal infection. Your may be allergic to one or more ingredients in your mouthwash. You may have traumatic or burn injury. You will have to be seen for a physical examination and possibly lab tests to arrive at proper diagnosis, and from that appropriate diagnosis. Please see your Dentist, and in the meantime stop using the mouthwash as it is at best ineffective.
