black spots: These lesions will need to be visualized and a history needs to be obtained for you to get an accurate diagnosis. In the meantime, consider soaking in a colloidal oatmeal bath to descrease itching.

Dry skin: If dry and itchy skin is the problem, after a bath while your skin is still moist, rub in a moisturizer like alpha keri lotion or eucerin to trap oils in your skin. Dry by patting rather than rubbing with the towel. Try different soap.
