Skin Cancer: Not necessarily. Basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma & malignant melanoma are associated with ultraviolet radiation from the sun. Lack of skin protection from sun exposure does raise risks for these cancers. However, you can start now to regularly use high SPF sunscreen, wear sunglasses (to protect eyes) & to wear protective clothing to include head cover. Stay well.
