I did a stick and poke. i used india ink which they said would be fine. its been about a week and its still red and a little swollen but no puss or anything coming out. i accidentally picked at it. is there something i can do at home?

Careful: Your skin is sensitive to the ink and developed inflammation to both mechanical, stick n poke and chemical trauma. The less you do to the skin in the area will allow for possible slow healing. See a doc if worsening and most importantly do not do a second one as the reaction will likely be worse.
