Reflux,?URI: Your symptoms could indicate gastritis(inflammation of stomach lining) and reflux. Sore throat may be a symptom of an early viral upper respiratory tract infection. Absence of fever, cough,breathing difficulty is reassurance against covid. Gargle with warm salt water, avoid spicy,greasy and gassy foods & beverages,alcohol,caffeine. Take mylanta & omeprazole to neutralize acidity and gas buildup.
