Which do you think is better - more natural? climen or premisol?

Depends on problem: Premisol is a corticosteroid which is used to relieve swelling in various conditions like arthritis and allergic disorders. Climen is a hormone replacement therapy medication used in Menopause. The question is unclear. It depends what the underlying problem is that you are trying to treat.

Depends: Agree with Dr Kratzberg that best treatment depends on exact problem. If you have dryness & itching/irritation of the vulvovaginal area from menopausal hormone changes I suppose a Dr might prescribe both: the Climen is a form of estradiol (female hormone) that can restore some of the normal tissue quality, & the Premisol can help with itching/inflammation in the meantime ( only use as needed)
