Can mean anything: Natural is generally a marketing term to make one think that something is healthy or wholesome. However, many times this is not the case.

Not manufactured: People feel that manufactured medicine is somehow corrupted by the profit interest and thus inherently bad for you whereas natural must be incorruptible and good. In reality, people who sell 'natural ' products make huge profits. Unlike manufactured drugs there is no requirement that natural products work, They're unregulated. NIH has great website that shows which work and which are scams
