Might be: Nurestirate and Depo both contain progestin which is a hormone that prevents pregnancy. If you switch from the nuristerate injections to Depo right at the 2 month mark, There should be no change in side effects. If they overlap, excess hormone may result in dizziness/nausea, spotting or breakthrough bleeding, increased acne, weight gain, headaches, blood clots.
