Covid-19: These symptoms sound like you may have Covid-19 (sore throat, headache). Use Acetaminophen for pain and headache, drink lots of warm or cool soothing fluids, rest, and self isolate from others so that you don't spread the virus. See a Dr for trouble breathing, persistent chest pain, new confusion. A test may confirm the diagnosis, but treatment won't change.
