Hi, im covid positive with my only symptoms being a moderate headache for 4 days and then pinkeye. ive used vigamoxi eye drops 3x a day for 7 days and its much better but i feel not 100% gone yet. can i use them for a couple of more days ? thanks

Should be enough: Pink eye can have two different causes. One is bacterial which typically responds to the Antibiotic eye drops in 3-4 days. The other is viral, which will not respond to the antibiotic eye drops, but will clear by itself in 10-14 days. 7 days of antibiotic eye drops should have cleared it if it was bacterial. Since Covid is a virus-most likely a viral conjunctivitis and will resolve on its own.

Yes: a curse of vigamox eye drops is usually 7-10 days. It is likely that the vigamox did not cause the eye symptoms to resolve. It went away because of time.
