Possible: "Pink eye" has been noted as an unusual presenting feature of COVID-19, but if this is your sole problem, the eye issue is most likely related to an alternative cause. See your ophthalmologist, and get this investigated.

COVID 19: Agree with Dr. Machanic. "Patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 can present with symptoms of conjunctivitis, including eye redness, ocular irritation, foreign body sensation, tearing, and chemosis." REF: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK556093/ However this is not the norm and is usually seen in severe systemic symptoms of COVID-19, It can be a presenting symptom but would not be a solo symptom
