Nothing specific: There are currently no identified treatments, medications or remedies that cure COVID -19. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or confusion.

Chest image: COVID-19 may be mild or severe in its presentation. A chest image for your husband is indicated as well as an evaluation for respiratory distress. Please contact your PCP to arrange a visit. In the meantime, watch for signs of distress, rapid changes, and worsening symptoms. Stay home, provide fluids and rest, while avoiding contact with others.
