I'm 3 months pregnant and ate ricotta in pasta bake. it wasn't super hot although was in oven for 10-15 minutes. is that enough to kill any bacteria? i know it was also made from pasteurised milk

Listeria: I think you might be the lady who is worried about Liseriosis infections. There were some people harmed by Frescolina brand ricotta salata cheese in 2012.That isn't usual. Ricotta cheese in this country is usually pasteurized which kills any harmful bacteria. You should be fine.
