Can i take all 3 pregomega tables the same time daily? or should i wait for few hour before taking the rest. e.g if i take one omega capsule at 8 am then i take calcium at night.

Once a day: The pregomega regimen includes 1 tablet of multivitamin/minerals, on capsule of omega's and one tablet of Calcium, D3 and magnesium daily. I would suggest taking the multivitamin/mineral tablet and the omega capsule first thing in the morning, and the Calcium, D3, Magnesium tablet before bed (magnesium can make you sleepy).
