Calf pain: If the rheumatologist is convinced that you don't have fibromyalgia or autoimmune myopathy, then consider having ultrasound studies of your legs to look for weakness of internal leg veins causing chronic congestion in the calves. This leg discomfort is usually worse on standing and is relieved by wearing compression stockings. This doesn't completely describe your syndrome. ? Family history
