Weakness or pain?: Certainly you should always hydrate before, during and after exercise. If your urine turns darker than normal it could be an emergency. Some people swear by sour cherry extract to prevent post exercise pain. I think post exertional weakness is rather abnormal. If that is what you mean, you should probably be examined and get some muscle testing done.
