Lexapro: That may depend partially on if you are placed on a starter dose or a full dose to begin with. It often takes 4 to 6 weeks to get the full impact for your dose of Lexapro. The Lexapro dose may need to be titrated upward.

VARIABLE: Should begin by 1-2 weeks. Also might need a bigger dose . One variable in deciding to stop meds is , that restarting the same thing , does not necessarily result in the same result .Many variables. Need to work closely with a knowledgeable clinician.
