Evak=l.: From your description it sounds like you have swelling and pain of both your foot and your great toe. I would be more concerned about infection if you reported having redness, warmth or discharge. I don't know how severe your pain is or what your medical history is. Don't know the cause of this inflammation. Please consider eval by podiatry or your PCM.
