When i was 15 years old, i suffered from testicular torsion and had to do surgery, and everything has been well until just a few days ago i started feeling discomfort on the same testicle, lower abdomen and lower back, whats does this mean?

Testicular pain: Many cases of testicular pain have no obvious cause. If there is no enlargement of the testicle or tenderness to touch, and no abnormal discharge from your penis, give it a few days and get checked if symptoms persist. Infection (epididymitis) is the main potentially serious cause of pain, at your age usually due to gonorrhea or chlamydia. Get seen ASAP if discharge, tenderness, or STD risk.
