Evaluation/labs: It is important to rule out a bacterial infection. Strep A may cause these symptoms, and if he has not had a throat culture, please see your pediatrician. If he is coughing, a chest radiograph may be indicated to rule out pneumonia. Watch for fever spikes, signs of conjunctivitis,swelling and peeling of the skin and follow up right away to rule out Kawasaki's disease. Rule out COVID 19/PCR testing
