Sporadic sharp shooting scalp pain on right side just below crown on and off for 8 days scalp is clear but i have dull sore ache in right ear hitting onto same side of my throat was gave antibiotics but has not worked. what could it be?

Scalp pains: Sharp,shooting scalp pains are characteristic of neuralgia, an irritated/mildly inflamed superficial scalp nerve. This usually resolves in a few days. Ear ache could be due to an infected ear drum or be referred from an inflamed pharynx. A viral infection wouldn't respond to antibiotics. I recommend consulting an Otolaryngologist for evaluation and advice & ?Throat culture, infectious mono tests
